Info @ The Christmas Round Robin
As with the beginning of all legacies, our Klaus Fezziwig begins with an empty starter home. When I think of classic Christmases, I can't help but think of 1950s America, so I stuck him in this lot by alexxschmidt/joanschnitzel.
The first thing Klaus did when entering his home was, of course, going straight to the bookcase. Knowledge sims, so predictable!
When it came time to dinner, however, he went out to one of the restaurants in town. Judging by his face, it doesn't look like he likes the menu.
But things started to look up once he noticed a woman, also eating alone, across the room...
She was sitting there with her hamburger, looking right back at him.
Once done with his salmon, Klaus got to work. Christmas, the most important time of the year, was only months away and he needed a family to spend the holiday with!
He went up to the most beautiful woman in the room to introduce himself, but she was not interested in him.
Klaus even tried going to a club to meet someone...
but he simply did not fit in there either.
Just as he was about to give up, Klaus saw the woman he made eye contact with at the restaurant.
They were talking! Maybe his Christmas dream wasn't lost after all!
Her name was Sidney. Considering it was the furthest he had gotten with any Sim since he had moved in, Klaus didn't hesitate to invite her to his home for a date.
Although he had been set up with one or two other Sims in town...
his heart was set on Sidney. There was just something about her that reminded him of Christmas spirit.
He couldn't help it -- he was in love!
Much to his happiness, Sidney accepted his proposal and moved in to his little suburban home.
Things were everything Klaus could hope for!
Just like him, Sidney loved to spend hours with a book in her hands. They were perfect for one another.
Soon enough, it was time to tie the knot. There were no guests -- just each other's presence was enough.
And with that, Sidney became Sidney Fezziwig.
Things were perfect.
That is, until one day Sidney got very sick... (so sick she went through the door to reach the toilet in time!)
Once back to health, it seemed everything was fine...
Sidney wasn't ill, she was pregnant!
That's it for now! My commentary is a lot cheesier than I imagined it would be, but I guess that's what happens when you talk about Christmas cheer, right? Come back next time for more!
